Safety Files

Safety File consists of:

  • Compiling of safety documentation to be in line with the OHS Act and regulations.
  • Compile the Safety Plan to be in line with Client’s Health & Safety Specifications.
  • Compile the Safety Plan to be in line with Client’s Health & Safety Specifications.
  • Compile a Fall Protection Plan in line with fall risks associated with work activities.
  • COVID-19 requirements that is in line with the COVID-19 specifications of the client.
  • Implementation of the Safety File.

OHS Management

This will include:

  • Monthly Site Visits.
  • Health & safety audits and inspections including administrative and physical audits of all appointed Contractor’s Health & Safety Plans, Safety File and activities, and record findings..
  • Assess and approve the appointed Contractors Safety Plans.
  • Maintain the Health & Safety Plan and Safety File.
  • Investigate incident, near misses and injuries.
  • Assisting with Method Statements and develop and review the task specific risk assessments.
  • Enforce discipline on site and ensure that compliance are met.
  • Induct all new employees and assist with weekly toolbox talks.
  • Compile a “Project Compliance Report” after every site visit.
  • 1 Meeting / attend client safety audit on your behalf.

Safety Consultant

This will include:

  • Develop Safety Files in line with Client’s Health & Safety Specifications.
  • Develop project health and safety specification.
  • Notify Department of Employment and Labour as required by Construction Regulations 4 .
  • Health & safety audits and inspections including administrative and physical audits of all appointed Contractor’s Health & Safety Plans, Safety File and activities, and record findings.
  • Assess and approve the appointed Contractors Safety Plans.
  • Monthly site visits .
  • After every site visit a “Project Compliance Report” will be compiled and made available.
  • 1 Meeting / attend client audit .
  • Investigate all incident, near misses and injuries and report back to all relevant parties.
  • Review and update all required documentation:
    • Safety Plan
    • Risk Assessments
    • Risk Assessments
  • Assisting with Method Statements and checking whether the responsible persons follow safe work procedures.
  • Enforce discipline on site and ensure that compliance with standards and safety procedures are met.
  • Developing workable Safety Management Systems.
  • Induct all new employees and assist with weekly toolbox talks.

Projects

Just to highlight a few projects that we have rendered service for. We have assisted in the construction of sanitation facilities for 5 schools, fencing of a Prestigious portfolio and the construction of 80 ton concrete bollards.

The main member (Mandilakhe Nohlaka) has extensive knowledge within the field having started in the Occupational Health & Safety industry since 2013 and worked on numerous projects providing professional Occupational Health & Safety Consulting, implementing and managing set systems and procedures As a health and safety consultancy company that provides sound safety advice, safety management systems in line with the OHS Act and its Regulations to clients.
